It hasn’t been long since Internet Explorer 8 has been available and functioning and people are already thinking about Internet Explorer 9. While it isn’t really the time to forget the wonderful things that the IE 8 promises its loyal consumers when it opens to the public fully, the major concerns of jumping to its ninth remake greatly reflect the interests of these consumers.

One thing is for sure, though: the guys over at Microsoft are still working on the Internet Explorer 8. And with all the great features this browser already has, the IE 8.x series can only get better.

But if there’s ever going to be an IE 9, people are hoping that it’ll be easy to update from its precedent versions. But since Windows 7 is meant for 2010 and subsequent versions of IE 8 (like IE 9) will be within 2009, IE 9 will naturally be meant to maximize browsing capacity in Windows 7.

Got the new Google Chrome 2.x? After hitting the World Wide Web a little over a month ago, Google Chrome jumps from version 1.x to 2.x. Here are a couple of things you might like to hear about this particular version:

New Webkit version – The new version of Webkit now supports a couple of useful things, including CSS gradients and CSS canvas drawing as well as full page zoom and autoscroll.

WinHTTP support – Yes, Google has its own version of HTTP, and now its new browser is supporting it. The WinHTTP library is currently being worked on but it’ll soon be available for Mac and Linux, which means that the support feature will come in handy.

HTTPS only mode – Google’s unique security measures feature the HTTPS browsing only mode. While in this mode only website with good SSL certificates will work. Talk about high-end security!

With all this plus the very much loved lightweight character of the browser, it looks as if Google Chrome is slowly coming into top and competitive shape.

Have you been to loyal to the Internet Explorer and all its wonderful browsing features? Then you’ll definitely want to check out the Internet Explorer 8’s new features. While in short they’ve made the browser faster, easier and safer than ever, here are some of the specific additions to the browser:

Accelerators. IE 8 actually has a couple of accelerators that will help you do a wide range of browsing activity in just one click. Just imagine emailing your friends and translating words with just one click.

InPrivate Browsing. IE’s making sure your browsing history remains your secret. So whether you’re using a public computer or one that runs on network, you won’t have to worry.

Web Slices. With Web Slices you don’t have to go to your favorite website again and again. Your favorites bar can let you peek into these sites for updates easily.

Search suggestions. Easy searching. Who wouldn’t want that?

Smart Screen Filter. Browsing can’t be any safer with IE blacklisting notorious sites and warning you about them.

So have a look at the Internet Explorer 8 and learn more about the things you can enjoy with this classic browser.

After being hailed with the Guinness Book of Records with the most downloads in one day, this browser holds up to its quality as a browser with its top three featured applications in the new Firefox 4:

Prism. This application allows users to take out web applications from the browser and put them into their desktop for easy access. This easy access through separation can only be empowering for the multi-tasker.

Weave. Particular information on a previously visited website into one bundle. Now you can access your bookmarks, home pages, saved passwords and other data from other computers that have Mozilla Firefox.

Geode. While this little application isn’t’ really browsing related, the Geode lets users point out locations on the map and track your location through GPS.

This is only a taste of what the new version of Firefox can do. Right now, all we can do is wait until it is released next year.
