The Error:

Came by this error and could not figure it out why Apache/httpd would not start, upon further investigation it turns out there

where 2 instances of Listen 443 in these 2 files:
/etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf

The Fix is to remove one of the Listen directives from either of the files.
