Filezilla Windows FTP Server

FileZilla is a good and easy to use FTP Server for Windows, which will allow you to run a server with user and group permissions outside of IIS which by default does no support group permissions.  Filezilla server is free and can be downloaded from the FileZilla Website. This free robust FTP server software can run on multiple platforms such as Windows XP, Windows server 2003 and higher. Here are some of the features of the FTP Server:
