Overview of Windows small business server 2003 main features

Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 (SBS03) boasts as being a complete and affordable network solution for small businesses. SBS03 comes in two forms, standard and premium.  They share many of the same features except premium comes with SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition, Internet Security Acceleration Server 2005, and Microsoft Office FrontPage 2003. Both editions feature Windows Server 2003, Windows SharePoint Services, Exchange Server 2003 sp2, Microsoft Server Update Services, and a Shared Fax Service.

The editions each come with five Client Access Licenses (for devices or users) and additional licenses can be purchased in increments or 5 or 20. SBS03 allows additional servers to be added as well as expanded Client Access License rights allowing access to Exchange Server 2003 and SQL Server 2005 Workgroup Edition servers. Both editions can support up to 75 users.
