How to Change a Windows Vista Theme
There are many reasons for changing the default theme of Windows Vista. From the aesthetic to the academic, and including purposes both personal and professional. There are many themes available, and you may even create and save your own.
1. Right-click on an unused part of the desktop
2. Click Appearance and Personalization >> Personalization >> Theme
3. Select the theme you’d like to use.
Note: If you are adding a new theme to your copy of Vista, SAVE it here.
4. Click OK
