You can configure your answer file to specify your name and organization during an unattended install of Vista.

Examine the following answer file component using Windows SIM:

Microsoft-Windows-SetupUserData

You’ll see three settings there. The first setting (AcceptEula) must be configured as True if you want to automate the windowsPE configuration pass of Windows Setup. The other two settings however (FullName and Organization) are optional, and you can use these settings to specify your name and organization. This information will be displayed on the View Computer Details page of the Welcome Center when you first log on.
