Adding language and setting default language
VISTA: Adding Additional Languages And Setting The Default
It may be necessary to set a new language as the default used by Windows Vista. To do so, simply follow the the instructions given here:
1. Click START >> Control Panel.
2. Open “Regional and language options”.
3. In the settings window, click the “Keyboard and Languages” tab.
4. Click on Change Keyboards.
5. In the “General” tab, click “Add”.
6. Find your language keyboard on the list, select it by checking the selectiont.
You can select as many keyboards as you wish.
7. Click OK
8. Click Apply.
