The GNU Affero General Public License or GNU AGPL is a free
software license published by the Free Software Foundation. The
GNU AGPL is similar to the GNU General Public License, except
that it has an additional section to cover use over a computer net-
work. It closes what is commonly known as the Application service
provider loophole of the GNU General Public License. The add-
itional section requires that the complete source code be made
available to any network user of the AGPLed work, typically a web
application.

This license is similar to GPLv3, but has been expanded to specifically include networks, and third party collaborations of a software production.  The entire text of this license follows:

Preamble

The GNU Affero General Public License is a free, copyleft license for software and other kinds of works, specifically designed to ensure cooperation with the community in the case of network server software.

0. Definitions.

“This License” refers to version 3 of the GNU Affero General Public License.

2. Basic Permissions.
